目的观察中医滋肾固精凉血法治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法将42例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为观察组和对照组各21例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联用中医滋肾固精凉血法治疗。观察2组患者经治疗前后的血肌酐(SCr)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、尿微量蛋白排泄率(UAER)、餐后2h血糖值(2h PG)变化,观察比较2组患者的临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后2组患者SCr、Hb A1c、UAER及2h PG水平均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组;观察组治疗总有效率为95.24%明显高于对照组的76.19%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗过程中均无明显的不良反应出现。结论中医滋肾固精凉血法治疗早期糖尿病肾病具有良好的治疗效果,可减轻患者痛苦,改善患者症状。
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine Zishen Gui Jing Liang Blood in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy. Methods 42 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 21 cases each. The control group with conventional treatment, the observation group in the control group based on the combination of Chinese medicine Zishen solid essence and cooling blood treatment. The changes of serum creatinine (SCr), Hb A1c, urinary protein excretion (UAER) and 2h postprandial blood glucose (2h PG) were observed before and after treatment in two groups. Adverse reactions occurred. Results After treatment, the levels of SCr, Hb A1c, UAER and 2h PG in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group. The total effective rate was 95.24% in the observation group and 76.19% in the control group There was statistical significance (P <0.05). No significant adverse reactions occurred in the treatment of two groups of patients. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine Zishen solid essence and cool blood treatment of early diabetic nephropathy has a good therapeutic effect, can reduce pain and improve patient symptoms.
