目的观察丹红注射液对大鼠肾病的治疗作用,并探讨其可能机制。方法32只健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为4组各8只,丹红组、氯沙坦组、模型组均静注6 mg/kg阿霉素制备肾病模型,对照组不制备模型;制模第4周,丹红组静注4 mL/(kg·d)的丹红注射液,氯沙坦组灌胃给予12 mg/(kg·d)的氯沙坦,模型组和对照组灌胃给予12 mg/(kg·d)的生理盐水,连续4周。比较各组尿液尿蛋白及血清白蛋白(Alb)、TG、TC、尿素氮、肌酐、生长分化因子(GDF-15)和肾组织肾小球硬化指数
