我們認爲藥劑工作者是保衛勞動人民的健康和管理、供應配製病人所需藥材的責任者,經常管理着幾億甚至幾十億幾百億金錢買來的藥材,管理得當,就會給祖國積累大量的財富,達到增産節約的目的,否則,對祖國的資財就會造成很大的损失。拿我院的工作来說,過去也存在有一些的積壓和浪費現象,經過53年增產節約運動以後,我們的工作才有了若干改進,並摸索到一些經驗,現提出供藥劑工作者參考。
