助理是我国领导干部队伍中一个重要而特殊的群体。有人说,助理是摆设,不管事、不问事、不多事。有人说,助理是跳板,是过渡到更加重要的领导岗位的平台。其实,助理就是帮助打理的意思,助理是主要领导的参谋和助手,担任助理职务的领导干部应当珍惜机遇,正确把握助理岗位的角色和要求;摆正位置,妥善处理上下左右的关系;要不断学习,提高履职所需要的素质和能力;大胆锻炼,学会积累与成长,成为一名党放心、群众满意的好干部,实现更大的发展和进步。
Assistant is an important and special group in the ranks of leading cadres in our country. Some people say that the assistant is a decoration, no matter what, no matter, no more things.
