在头颈部鳞状细胞癌的研究中,发现34%~80%的病例有P53蛋白的过度表达。但资料提示头颈部鳞状细胞癌P53基因的表达与癌细胞的生长和预后没有必然的联系。 材料与方法 本资料对33例原发性头颈部鳞状细胞癌患者用3种抗体(DO_7,PAb1 081和CM_1)与P53蛋白的不同表位结合。通过免疫组织化学染色的方法进行了P53蛋白表达水平的研究,细胞内P53的表达与体内胸苷的结合相比类似于碘脱氧尿苷和增殖细胞核心抗原的表达。
In studies of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, overexpression of P53 protein was found in 34% to 80% of cases. However, data suggest that the expression of P53 gene in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma is not necessarily related to the growth and prognosis of cancer cells. Materials and Methods This study of 33 cases of primary head and neck squamous cell carcinoma patients with three antibodies (DO_7, PAb1 081 and CM_1) and P53 protein binding to different epitopes. The expression level of P53 protein was studied by immunohistochemical staining. The expression of P53 in cells was similar to that of thymidine in vivo, similar to the expression of iodine deoxyuridine and proliferating cell core antigen.
