１９９３年６月～１９９４年５月对５５例血液肿瘤化疗后患者及其它白细胞减少患者使用优保津治疗，观察其白细胞升高结果，并与３３例对照组比较。结果，白细胞用药前平均１．６×１０９／Ｌ，用药后平均９．７×１０９／Ｌ，有明显升高，用药后３～４ｄ达正常。５５例中显效３６例（６５％），有效４例（７％），，总有效４０例（７２％）。优保津对血红蛋白和血小板无明显影响。该药副作用较少，偶见骨痛和发热。认为优保津可作为血液肿瘤患者放、化疗后白细胞低下的一种有效解救药物。
From June 1993 to May 1994, 55 patients with hematological malignancies and other patients with neutropenia were treated with yubojin and their white blood cell elevation was observed and compared with 33 controls. As a result, the average white blood cell count before treatment was 1.6×109/L, and it was 9.7×109/L after treatment, which was significantly increased. It was normal after 3 to 4 days after administration. Of the 55 cases, 36 (65%) were markedly effective, 4 (7%) were effective, and 40 (72%) were effective. Youbaojin has no significant effect on hemoglobin and platelets. The drug has fewer side effects and occasional bone pain and fever. It is considered that Ubuprozin can be used as an effective rescue drug for leukopenia after radiotherapy and chemotherapy in patients with hematological tumors.
