随着我国的高等教育向大众化不断发展,高职高专院校的发展面临的各种压力不断加大和增多,这使得教师作为学校发展的主体作用日益突出。教师归属感的培养是激励教师发挥巨大潜力的有效途径。不断提高教师对学校的价值认同度、营造以人为本的校园文化、加强与教师的情感交流等举措,可以增强教师对学校的归属感。
With the continuous development of higher education in our country, all kinds of pressures on the development of higher vocational colleges continue to increase and increase, which makes teachers as the main body of school development increasingly prominent.
