研制的高碳低合金耐磨钢经920℃空淬和250℃回火后,基体组织为孪晶马氏体,残余奥氏体呈不连续薄膜状分布在马氏体片间。在低冲击条件下,其耐磨性优于中碳低合金耐磨钢及高锰钢。
The developed high-carbon low-alloy wear-resistant steel was quenched at 920 ℃ and tempered at 250 ℃. The matrix microstructure was twins martensite, and the residual austenite was discontinuous in the form of martensite. Under low impact conditions, its wear resistance is better than medium-carbon low alloy wear-resistant steel and high manganese steel.
