在用15CrMo厚钢板制做临氢反应器过程中,对其进行了制造工艺适应性考核试验,考核试验项目包括:钢板模拟焊后热处理;钢板经热冲压成球形封头后模拟焊后热处理;钢板经热冲压成球形封头后经调质处理、高温校圆热处理、稳定尺寸热处理;球形封头母材和拼接焊缝经热冲压成形、调质处理、中间消除应力热处理和最终产品焊后热处理;筒体母材和纵缝焊接接头经中间消除应力热处理和最终产品焊后热处理。考核试验结果表明:15CrMo厚钢板有较好的力学性能和焊接性能,有较强的压力容器制造工艺适应性。
During the process of making hydrogen reactor with 15CrMo thick steel plate, the manufacturing process adaptability test was carried out. The test items include: steel plate simulating post-weld heat treatment, hot stamping of steel plate into ball- Hot-stamping of the steel plate into a spherical head followed by quenching and tempering treatment, high temperature circle-calorific treatment, stable size heat treatment; spherical head base metal and spliced weld by hot stamping, quenching and tempering, intermediate stress relief heat treatment and final product welding Heat treatment; cylinder base metal and longitudinal seam welded joints by the middle stress relief heat treatment and the final product after the heat treatment. Examination results show that: 15CrMo thick steel plate has good mechanical properties and welding performance, there is a strong pressure vessel manufacturing process adaptability.
