高危妊娠的早期识别及管理是农村围产期保健的重要环节。为了弄清本地高危妊娠情况,进一步达到优生的目的,我们于1985年1月至1986年12月对全县围产期高危妊娠情况进行了认真的筛查登记及管理。本文就高危因素作一初步分析。资料与方法 1.县妇幼保健所对各区、乡妇幼保健人员进行培训,统一检查、登记及评分标准。由各区保健医生负责,乡、村保健员紧密配合,认真进行高危孕妇登记、建卡及评分,每月将筛查结果报县妇幼保健所审核。
Early identification and management of high-risk pregnancy is an important part of perinatal care in rural areas.
