催产素引产试验对子宫内的胎儿有潜在危险,因催产素可能引起子宫强烈刺激,这是由于外源性催产素引起子宫的反应。有些研究者建议,用刺激乳头释放内原性催产素代替。但是,这个方法也有缺点。目前,本文报告3例病人,是刺激乳头引起明显子宫收缩,结果,在反应性心率型之外,导致胎儿的严重心率过缓。病例1 35岁,菲律宾妇女,在其他方面正常的第三胎,怀孕41周来诊。由于最近体重下降而作了产前心脏子宫收缩描记图,在记录胎心率时,刺激乳头引起子宫强力收缩,由胎儿心率反应型改变为严重心率
The oxytocin induction test is potentially dangerous to a fetus in the uterus because oxytocin may cause a strong stimulation of the uterus due to uterine reactions caused by exogenous oxytocin. Some researchers have suggested that the nipple be stimulated to release endogenous oxytocin instead. However, this method has its disadvantages.
