语文教学不能只是教师讲学生听,更不能不考虑学生的个性和兴趣爱好,搞包办代替,也不能把学生的交往范围局限在校园内、课堂里,让最有魅力的语文课被“水泥的隔离层”所隔离,去做徒劳无益的傻事而妨碍学生个性发展。我认为,教师最大的弱点就是太相信自己,不放心学生。实际上学生的潜能是非常大的,他们获取信息的渠道、解决问题的能力,有时远比教师强,教师要相信学生。几年来,为了使人文关怀在语文教学中得到体现,我一直在尝试实践着以下教学行为。

In my opinion, the biggest weakness of teachers is that they believe in themselves too much and do not trust students. In fact, the potential of students is very large. Their access to information and the ability to solve problems are sometimes far stronger than teachers and teachers should trust students. In recent years, in order to make humane care embodied in Chinese teaching, I have been trying to practice the following teaching behavior.
