《语文课程标准》提出:“具有独立阅读能力,注重情感体验,有较丰富的积累,形成良好的语感。学会运用多种阅读方法,能初步理解、鉴赏文学作品,受到高尚情操与趣味的熏陶,发展个性,丰富自己的精神世界。能借助工具书阅读浅近的文言文。九年的课外阅读总量应在400万字以上。”其中小学六年的课外阅读总量在140万字。而实际上,农村地区的小学生受经济、文化发展滞后,学校教学资源配备不足等因素的限制,造成阅读资料匮乏,导致课外阅读量远远未达到新课标所提的要求。如何破解农村地区小学生课外阅读的瓶颈呢?

How to solve the bottleneck of extracurricular reading for pupils in rural areas?
