1 临床资料患者,女,65岁,因拔牙感染于1999年4月在我院就诊,给予青霉素640万单位加入0.2%甲硝唑250 ml中静滴。用药后约2 h,感觉双下肢麻木、无力,行走不便。体温、脉搏、血压、神志无明显变化,怀疑为青霉素过敏所致,立即给予25%葡萄糖20ml,维生素C 1.0 g,10%葡萄糖酸钙10 ml,地塞米松5 mg静滴。回家后水浴泡下肢,约3 h后症
1 Clinical data Patients, female, 65 years old, due to tooth extraction in April 1999 in our hospital, giving penicillin 6.4 million units added 0.2% metronidazole 250 ml intravenous infusion.
