目的:基于JCI标准探讨持续质量改进在清洗间中的作用,加强消毒供应中心各类再生物品清洗质量的控制,确保物品灭菌质量,控制医院内感染。方法:根据JCI要求,针对存在的主要问题进行逐项分析,制订和实施相应的质量改进措施,规范消毒供应中心回收、清洗、检测工作流程,制定严格的各类物品清洗质量标准。结果:持续质量改进后,返回数目减少,提高了清洗物品清洗消毒质量,为医疗物品最终达到灭菌要求提供了有力保证,有效地防止了医院感染。结论:加强消毒供应中心清洗质量管理,能有效控制医院感染,降低医院综合成本。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the role of continuous quality improvement in cleaning rooms based on the JCI standard, to strengthen the control of cleaning quality of all kinds of recycled products in the disinfection supply center, to ensure the quality of the articles to be sterilized and to control the infection in hospitals. Methods: According to the requirements of JCI, the main problems were analyzed one by one, the corresponding quality improvement measures were formulated and implemented, the workflow of recovery, cleaning and testing of disinfection supply center was standardized, and strict quality standards for cleaning various articles were formulated. Results: With the continuous improvement of quality, the number of returns was reduced, the cleaning and disinfection quality of the cleaning items was raised, which provided a powerful guarantee for the final sterilization of medical articles and effectively prevented nosocomial infections. Conclusion: To strengthen the cleaning quality management of disinfection supply center can effectively control nosocomial infection and reduce hospital comprehensive cost.
