以浙江省嘉兴市25所志愿者学校实验情况为例,从决策力、指挥力、协调力三个维度阐释校长的教育评价领导力。中小学校长在推动落实教育评价改革中,既需要加强行政领导、导向正确有力、系统设计规划,更需要体现教育教学规律的学术遵循、办学理念引领下从本校实际出发的策略选择、与学校的自身特点及国家社会的时代发展要求的结构耦合。
