依靠400万资金组建起来的河南电视台公共频道,面对媒体的激烈竞争。在资本投入明显处于劣势的情况下,通过科学有效的资本运营,使频道初步跨入了发展期,近两年来公共频道的固定资产已达1500万元。无形资产虽没有进行评估,但多方反馈的信息证明,频道在社会上的影响力和观众中的认知度也达到了较高的水平。河南省一位负责同志认为公共频道坚持正确的宣传方向,努力打造频道品牌,服务社会,服务百姓,加强自身队伍建设,成绩应予肯定。《中国广播电视学刊》也在2002年第2期和第6期,分别刊发了介绍河南公共频道的文章。全国十多个省市,自治区广电局及公共频道的同行到河南公共频道考察交流。
Rely on 400 million fund set up the Henan TV public channel, in the face of fierce competition from the media. A comrade in charge of Henan Province believes that the public channel should adhere to the correct direction of publicity and strive to build a channel brand, serve the community, serve the people and strengthen the building of its own ranks. The result should be affirmed. “China Radio and TV Academic Journal” also published in 2002 the 2nd and 6th, respectively, published an article introducing Henan public channel.
