本文利用麻风村档案材料分析了山东省23处麻风村的经济收入和支出情况。结果表明，住村病人的经济收入明显低于一般人群，饮食和医疗费用是病人支出的主要部分。在三个地区，政府投入占麻风村收入的33％－75％，地区间有较大差别。如何拓宽筹资渠道．保证麻风村的正常运转，是当前麻风村亟待解决的问题之一。
This paper uses Mafeng Village archives to analyze the economic income and expenditure of 23 Mafeng Villages in Shandong Province. The results show that the economic income of the residents living in the village is significantly lower than that of the general population, and the food and medical expenses are the main part of the patient’s expenditure. In the three regions, the government’s investment accounted for 33%-75% of the income of Lefeng Village. There are significant differences among the regions. How to broaden funding channels. To ensure the normal operation of Lefeng Village is one of the problems that must be solved in the current leprosy village.
