目的:探讨结直肠癌组织中运动相关蛋白-1(MRP1/CD9)的表达及其与肿瘤转移的关系。方法:应用组织芯片和免疫组织化学技术检测244例结直肠癌组织中MRP1/CD9的蛋白表达。结果:MRP1/CD9在结直肠癌组织中阳性率为77.9%,其表达与患者的性别、年龄、浸润深度无关,而与肿瘤的分化程度、Dukes分期、淋巴结转移有关;其中高-中分化组表达高于低分化组;Dukes A+B期表达高于C+D组;无淋巴结转移组表达高于有淋巴转移组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二元Logistic回归前进法显示:分化程度最先进入方程,是影响MRP1/CD9表达最显著因素。MRP1/CD9表达在单因素时和Dukes分期负相关,但在多因素时被掩盖。结论:MRP1/CD9在结直肠癌组织中的表达缺失与肿瘤的转移密切相关,有望成为判断结直肠癌预后的新标志。
Objective: To investigate the expression of MRP1 / CD9 and its relationship with tumor metastasis in colorectal cancer. Methods: The expression of MRP1 / CD9 in 244 colorectal cancer tissues was detected by tissue microarray and immunohistochemistry. Results: The positive rate of MRP1 / CD9 in colorectal cancer was 77.9%. The expression of MRP1 / CD9 was not related to the gender, age and depth of invasion, but was related to the degree of differentiation, Dukes stage and lymph node metastasis. Among them, The expression level in Dukes A + B group was higher than that in C + D group. The expression in Dukes A + B group was higher than that in non-lymph node metastasis group. The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Binary Logistic regression method shows that the differentiation degree first entered the equation and is the most significant factor affecting the expression of MRP1 / CD9. MRP1 / CD9 expression was negatively correlated with Dukes’ stage at single factor but was masked at multiple factors. Conclusion: The lack of expression of MRP1 / CD9 in colorectal cancer tissues is closely related to tumor metastasis, which is expected to become a new marker for predicting the prognosis of colorectal cancer.
