第一条本条例根据《中国通用机械工业协会气体分离设备分会章程》制订。第二条气体分离设备分会(以下简称“分会”)办事机构的设置及其职责和人事制度,须符合本条例的规定。第三条理事会设秘书处作为常设办事机构。秘书处设秘书长一人,副秘书长若干人。秘书长的职责:
Article 1 This Regulation is formulated in accordance with the “Statute of the China General Machinery Industry Association Gas Separation Equipment Branch”. Article 2 The establishment of the offices of gas separation equipment branch (hereinafter referred to as “branch”) and its duties and personnel system shall be in conformity with the provisions of these Regulations.
