病历摘要女患24岁,未婚,持续发热伴轻度腹泻4天。近2天高热,时伴精神失常,胡言乱语,并发生抽搐、呕吐3次,经当地卫生院治疗无明显好转于1988年8月入院。既往无高热惊厥及精神病等病史。体检体温39.4℃,脉搏86次/min,呼吸22次/min,血压12.4/8.5kPa。急性病容,神志尚清,倦怠无欲外观,查体尚能合作。全身皮肤粘膜无黄染,未见皮疹及出血点。浅表淋巴结未触及肿大。头颅五官端正,无畸形,巩膜无黄染。咽
Case histories Female patient 24 years old, unmarried, persistent fever with mild diarrhea 4 days.
