采用湿化学法合成了Y_2O_3稳定的立方ZrO_2微细粉料。利用热分析(DTA、TG和DSC)X射线衍射法和电子显微镜(TEM和SEM)等研究了立方ZrO_2的形成过程和粉料的烧结行为。以交流阻抗谱技术测定了烧结试片的电导率,表明在低于750℃温度范围内电导率略高于文献值。还讨论了稳定化ZrO_2的形成机理及电导率与温度的关系。
Y_2O_3 stabilized cubic ZrO_2 fine powders were synthesized by wet chemical method. The formation process of cubic ZrO_2 and the sintering behavior of the powders were investigated by means of thermal analysis (DTA, TG and DSC) X-ray diffraction and electron microscopy (TEM and SEM). The electrical conductivity of sintered samples was measured by AC impedance spectroscopy, indicating that the conductivity is slightly higher than the literature value at temperatures below 750 ° C. The formation mechanism of stabilized ZrO 2 and the relationship between conductivity and temperature are also discussed.
