采用二苯代苦味肼基自由基(DPPH)酶标仪法和FOX试剂法对蛹拟青霉液体深层发酵菌丝体进行抗氧化活性研究;用滤纸片法和牛津杯法对菌丝体提取物进行抑菌活性分析。研究结果显示,菌丝体水相提取物具有较强的抗氧化活性,在样品浓度为2 mg/mL时,它对0.2 mg/mL的DPPH自由基的清除率达到92.35%,在FOX试剂法中活性达到了90.24%,明显高于其他溶剂提取物;抑菌试验结果表明,菌丝体水相提取物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、黑曲霉、绿色木霉的抑制效果优于其他溶剂提取物,乙酸乙酯相提取物对枯草芽孢杆菌的抑制作用最强,牛津杯法测定其抑菌圈直径达到17.86 mm。
The anti-oxidative activity of mycelium of Paecilomyces pseudospira was studied by DPPH microplate reader and FOX reagent method. The mycelium was extracted by filter paper and Oxford cup method Antibacterial activity analysis. The results showed that the aqueous extract of mycelia had strong antioxidant activity. When the sample concentration was 2 mg / mL, the scavenging rate to DPPH radical of 0.2 mg / mL reached 92.35%. The diameter of bacteriostasis ring was 17.86 mm measured by Oxford cup method.
