“加油!加油!”佐藤俊三先生一边用半生不熟的中国话叫喊着,一边和他的中国同事们一道起劲地工作着。只要走进工作间,他总是不停地喊着“加油”两个字,以鼓动大家的工作情绪。佐藤先生今年59岁,是日本高级农艺师,对林果、蔬菜管理及腌渍技术颇有研究,先后到美国、新加坡等30个国家进行过农业技术交流和农业状况的考察。1988年他初次来到中国,就被这片广袤的土地所吸引,并立志要为中国做些事情。1992年9月3日,他终于实现了这个心愿,携夫人来到山东省淄博川鹰酿造公司。在公司,佐藤先生像一线工人一样在酱菜车间里工作。他人到心到,兢兢业
