现代的社会形态和经济大环境为高等教育的实施带来了巨大的挑战和考验。高等学校是社会主义精神文明建设和提高全民素质的重要阵地,同时是精神文明创建及构建和谐校园的重要载体。独立学院的党组织建设是学校及社会建设的根本保障,在整个和谐社会的建设中起着不可磨灭的作用。因此,落实以人为本的科学发展观,根据形势变化,不断转变管理理念,是当前独立学院党组织建设工作的首要任务。
Modern social forms and economic environment have brought enormous challenges and tests for the implementation of higher education.
