利用化学镀方法获得了4种不同Cu和P含量的Ni-Cu-P三元合金镀层。采用电化学极化曲线方法测量了Ni-Cu-P镀层的腐蚀电位、腐蚀电流密度,并对其进行了HNO3溶液腐蚀失重实验。结果表明,随镀层中Cu和P含量的不同,镀层结构分别由晶态、混晶态和非晶态组成。而且Ni-Cu-P镀层的耐腐蚀性能随镀层的微观结构的变化而变化,4种镀层中,非晶态镀层的耐腐蚀性能最好,晶态镀层的耐腐蚀性能最差。
Four kinds of Ni-Cu-P ternary alloy coatings with different contents of Cu and P were obtained by electroless plating. The corrosion potential and corrosion current density of Ni-Cu-P coating were measured by electrochemical polarization curve method. The corrosion resistance of the Ni-Cu-P coating was also investigated. The results show that with the different contents of Cu and P in the coating, the coating structure consists of crystalline state, mixed crystalline state and amorphous state. And the corrosion resistance of Ni-Cu-P coating changes with the microstructure of the coating. Among the four coatings, the corrosion resistance of the non-crystalline coating is the best and the corrosion resistance of the crystalline coating is the worst.
