认罪认罚从宽制度是解决案件积压,提高诉讼效率的重要手段.在实际应用过程中,一线办案人员的工作量并没有减少,相关制度缺乏细致的配套措施.应当区分不同种的认罪认罚从宽案件,对待不同案件采取不同的证明标准,确保认罪认罚从宽制度落到实处.
