小鼠ig水解珍珠层粉50mg/kg.d,100mg/kg,d及200mg/kg.d,共15d,测定谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性,血清过氧化脂质及组织脂褐素含量的变化。结果显示,各剂量组均可显著提高全血谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶活力(P<0.05或P<0.01);100及200mg·kg(-1)组可以显著降低血清过氧化脂质的含量(P<0.01);100及200mg·kg(-1)组可以显著降低肝、心脂褐素的含量(P<0.05或P<0.01)。但各剂量组对脑脂褐素含量的降低不显著。

The results showed that the glutathione peroxidase activity of whole blood was significantly increased in each dose group (P<0.05 or P<0.01); the serum levels of 100 and 200 mg·kg(-1) could significantly reduce the serum level. Oxidized lipid content (P <0.01); 100 and 200 mg · kg (-1) group can significantly reduce liver and heart lipofuscin content (P <0.05 or P <0.01). However, the decrease of lipofuscin content was not significant in each dose group.
