解决烧结机的有害漏风一直是烧结界的重要问题之一,它对节省电能、增加产量、提高质量、降低成本具有非常现实的意义。本文详细地描述了五种测定漏风的方法。由于目前国内外用废气成分计算漏风率的方法有多种,为增强可比性,文中通过实例推荐了一种计算方法建议作为全国的统一规范。文中最后还提出了对漏风的监测,这对指导生产和维修设备有重大的意义。
Solving the harmful air leakage of the sintering machine has always been one of the important problems in the sintering industry. It has a very realistic meaning to save electric energy, increase output, improve quality and reduce costs. This article describes in detail five ways to measure air leakage. Because there are many ways to calculate the air leakage rate with the composition of exhaust gas both at home and abroad, in order to enhance the comparability, a calculation method is recommended as a unified national standard through examples. Finally, the paper also put forward the monitoring of air leakage, which is of great significance to guide the production and maintenance of equipment.
