本文研究了蓝钨粒度、比表面、相组成等蓝钨形态对其氢还原过程和还原钨粉粒度的影响。研究表明:为了制取细钨粉必须对蓝钨形态进行合理的控制。本文还研究了通氢方式,升温制度等工艺参数对还原过程的影响。实验发现,蓝钨还原以制取细粒和极细钨粉时,顺氢推舟较逆氢推舟好得多。为了保证还原钨粉的性能,还必须对氢气湿度和升温制度进行合理的控制。
In this paper, the effects of blue tungsten, such as blue tungsten grain size, specific surface area and phase composition on the hydrogen reduction process and the particle size reduction of tungsten powder were studied. The research shows that in order to obtain the fine tungsten powder, the blue tungsten morphology must be controlled reasonably. This article also studied the way through the hydrogen, heating process and other process parameters on the reduction process. Experiments found that blue tungsten reduction in order to obtain fine and fine tungsten powder, cis-hydrogen push boat pushed much better than the inverse hydrogen. In order to ensure the performance of reducing tungsten powder, hydrogen humidity and temperature control system must also be properly controlled.
