本文在论述了项目导向型企业及现代项目管理对项目经理的新要求的基础上,分析了项目经理关系管理的内容,并提出了一种新的基于项目经理关系管理的关系型组织结构模式。
Based on the discussion of the new requirements of the project-oriented enterprises and the modern project management to the project manager, this article analyzes the content of the relationship management of the project manager and proposes a new relationship-based organizational structure model based on the project manager relationship management.
