目的:研究中国大连地区人群LMNA1908C/T基因多态性与体脂测量参数和胰岛素抵抗的关系。方法:126例非糖尿病者,平均年龄(60.5±9.3)岁。测量体脂测量参数。测定空腹血糖、胰岛素和C肽等。采用聚合酶链式反应-限制性内切酶长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术进行LMNA1098C/T基因型分析。结果:此人群LMNA1908C/C基因型占70.6%(89/126),C/T占9.5%(12/126),T/T占19.8%(25/126)。BMI≥25kg/m2者T等位基因频率为56.7%,而BMI<25kg/m2者只为6.8%。T等位基因频率在男性腹围>90cm和女性腹围>80cm腹型体脂分布者为33.7%,在体脂均匀分布体型者为5%。LMNA各基因型(C/C03T/C03T/T)所对应的BMI,腰围,臀围,大腿围,空腹血胰岛素,血糖,胰岛素抵抗指数等参数均有增加趋势,但只有T/T与C/C之间均差异显著。结论:LMNA1908C/T多态性与个体的体脂分布,体脂测量参数以及胰岛素抵抗(IR)密切相关。
Objective: To study the relationship between LMNA1908C / T polymorphism and body fat measurement parameters and insulin resistance in Dalian, China. Methods: 126 non-diabetic patients, mean age (60.5 ± 9.3) years old. Measure body fat measurement parameters. Determination of fasting blood glucose, insulin and C-peptide. The LMNA1098C / T genotypes were analyzed by polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP). Results: The LMNA1908C / C genotype accounted for 70.6% (89/126), C / T accounted for 9.5% (12/126) and T / T accounted for 19.8% (25/126). BMI ≥ 25kg / m2 T allele frequency was 56.7%, while BMI <25kg / m2 only 6.8%. The frequency of T allele was 33.7% in the belly body fat distribution of male abdominal circumference> 90cm and female abdominal circumference> 80cm, and 5% in body fat. BMI, waist circumference, hip circumference, thigh circumference, fasting blood insulin, blood glucose, insulin resistance index and other parameters corresponding to LMNA genotypes increased, but only T / T and C / C between the significant difference. Conclusion: LMNA1908C / T polymorphism is closely related to body fat distribution, body fat measurement parameters and insulin resistance (IR).
