党的十四大提出建立社会主义市场经济体制的改革目标,给企业思想政治工作提出了新的更高的要求。企业思想政治工作的现状如何?政工干部自身的情况怎样?对此,我们在淮阴市清浦区选择100名企业政工干部,搞了一次无记名问卷调查。通过调查,我们感到,当前企业思想政治工作的客观要求与现状存在着较大反差: 深化企业改革亟待加强思想政治工作,但事实上思想政治工作却呈淡化削弱之势。
The 14th CPC Congress put forward the reform goal of establishing a socialist market economic system and set new and higher requirements for the ideological and political work of enterprises. What is the status quo of the ideological and political work in the enterprise? What is the situation of the political cadres themselves? In response, we selected 100 cadres from the enterprises and government officials in Qingpu District of Huaiyin City and engaged in a census-based questionnaire. Through the investigation, we feel that there is a big contrast between the objective requirements of current ideological and political work in enterprises and the status quo: Deepening the reform of enterprises urgently needs to strengthen ideological and political work, but in fact the ideological and political work has been weakened and weakened.
