目前,电大教师队伍的现状与远距离高等教育的师资队伍建设目标要求有着很大的差距。建设一支符合电大办学特点和要求的师资队伍,是摆在我们面前的一项重要而迫切的任务。为了实现电大发展需要总的目标,适应未来电大教育发展的需要,我们必须建设一支合格的、高素质的、符合现代远距离教育的师资队伍。
At present, there is a big gap between the current situation of TVET teachers and the goal of building a faculty force for distance higher education. It is an important and urgent task for us to build a contingent of teachers that meets the characteristics and requirements of TVU schools. In order to achieve the overall goal of TVU development and to meet the needs of the future development of radio and TV universities, we must build a qualified and highly qualified faculty that meets the requirements of modern distance education.
