在“科教兴国”这一战略背景下,深化教育改革,全面推进素质教育,便成为教育改革 与发展的主旋律。教师无疑是改革成败的关键,同时,改革也对教师的知识和能力提出 了更高的要求。教师素质的高低对改革目标的实现起着至关重要的作用。
In the strategic context of “rejuvenating our country through science and education,” deepening education reform and promoting quality-oriented education in all aspects have become the main theme of education reform and development. Teachers are undoubtedly the key to the success or failure of the reform. At the same time, the reforms put forward higher requirements on the teachers’ knowledge and ability. The quality of teachers plays a crucial role in the realization of the reform goal.
