How to run a high-level sports team, how to make the high-level athletes not delay the cultural studies, but also improve the performance of sports, the contradiction now is not resolved. The theoretical basis of teaching management of high-level sports teams is analyzed in order to further understand the feasibility of running high-level sports teams in universities and to make the teaching management more scientific and to make teaching management more detailed and comprehensive.
