混凝土小型空心砌块建筑是我国今后民用住宅建筑的重点发展方向之一,研究其开孔砌体的抗震性能具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。本文提出了一种适用于小砌块建筑的新型开孔墙体结构型式——“约束开孔砌体”,旨在通过增设钢筋混凝土约束构件——芯柱和水平条带,来提高砌体的承载能力和变形能力。文中对三类不同开孔形式的小砌块约束砌体进行了探索性的试验研究。试验结果表明,小砌块约束开孔砌体具有良好的抗震性能,值得进一步研究。
Concrete small hollow block building is one of the key development directions of civilian residential buildings in the future. It is of great theoretical significance and application value to study the seismic performance of open masonry. This paper proposes a new type of open-cell wall structure, “Constrained Open Masonry”, which is suitable for small block buildings. It aims to improve masonry by adding reinforced concrete constraining elements—core columns and horizontal strips. The carrying capacity and deformability. In this paper, exploratory experimental researches on three types of small block confined masonry with different types of open holes are carried out. The test results show that the small block confined masonry has good seismic performance and is worthy of further study.
