为进一步贯彻落实党中央、国务院关于在全社会实行学业证书、职业资格证书并重制度的要求,加强职业技能鉴定工作管理和监督检查,提高职业技能鉴定质量,我部决定开展职业技能鉴定质量检查。现将有关问题通知如下: 一、开展职业技能鉴定质量检查是推进职业资格证书制度建设的一项重要措施。要通过质量检查,进一步落实职业资格证书制度和职业技能鉴定工作的有关规定,发现和纠正鉴定工作中的违规行为,规范鉴定工作秩序,提高鉴定工作质量,全面推进职业资格证书和就业准入制度。二、职业技能鉴定质量检查的主要内容是:各地、各部门开展职业技能鉴定工作的情况;国家职业资格证书制度推
