BW200/40水泵,原来的塞线盘是和泵体、泵头三者一起用螺栓连接的,因而调整泵头困难,填换塞线也较费事(原塞线压盖为螺旋式的).改革后的塞线盘(如附图)去掉了六个螺孔,缩小了体积,既省料又便于加工.泵体与泵头连接,把塞线就挤压在两者之间,调整泵头偏差较方便,也防止了漏气现象.原来是螺旋式的塞线压盖,现已改为法兰挤压式.
BW200/40 water pump, the original plug wire plate is connected with the pump body and the pump head by bolts together, thus adjusting the pump head is difficult, and replacing the plug wire is also more troublesome (original plug wire cover is screw type). The reformed cable reel (as shown in the drawing) removes six screw holes, reduces the size, saves material and facilitates processing. The pump body is connected to the pump head and the plug wire is squeezed between the two, and the pump is adjusted. Head deviation is more convenient, but also to prevent the phenomenon of air leakage. The original is the screw plug line cover, has now changed to flange extrusion type.
