重铬酸钾容量法测定铁,具有快速、准确等优点,因而获得了广泛的应用,但由于使用了有毒的汞盐,会污染环境,危害人身健康。我们采用在1—2N盐酸介质中,用银粉将Fe~(3+)还原至Fe~(2+),以二苯胺磺酸钠作指示剂,用重铬酸钾测定铁的方法。实验表明,本法在速度上优于重铬酸钾汞盐容量法,准确度、重现性良好,在大量钒、钛及4毫克铜(Ⅱ)与2毫克砷(Ⅲ)存在时不干扰测定,但主要避免了因使用汞盐而造成的环境污染。
The determination of iron by potassium dichromate volumetric method has the advantages of fastness and accuracy, and has been widely used. However, due to the use of toxic mercury salts, it can pollute the environment and endanger human health. We used in 1-2N hydrochloric acid medium, with silver powder Fe ~ (3 +) reduction to Fe ~ (2+), with sodium diphenylamine sulfonate as an indicator, with potassium dichromate method for the determination of iron. Experiments show that this method is superior to potassium dichromate and mercury salt capacity method in terms of speed, accuracy and reproducibility, and does not interfere with the presence of a large amount of vanadium, titanium and 4 mg of copper (Ⅱ) and 2 mg of arsenic (Ⅲ) Determination, but mainly to avoid mercury pollution caused by the use of environmental pollution.
