为了改进生物分类检索方法,建立了基于数据库的图示多元检索表。该检索表由含有多个“分类单元-特征部位-特征”记录的数据库表构成,并配备分类特征鉴别图。检索时根据表中所列特征部位,参照特征的文字描述和图示,输入标本多个对应部位的特征,一次查询可获得检索结果。检索所用的SQL语句中,使用union all语句组合多个select查询语句,进行多个分类特征的并行检索。通过建立异翅长蠹属(鞘翅目长蠹科)分种多元检索表进行测试,检索效果良好。多元检索方法解决了传统的二叉检索遇到缺失特征而无法进行后续检索的问题。基于数据库的图示多元检索表直观易用,非常适合口岸检疫鉴定。
In order to improve the taxonomy retrieval method, a database-based pictorial multivariate retrieval table was established. The search form consists of a database table containing a number of “taxa - features - features” records and is provided with a taxonomic identification map. According to the characteristic parts listed in the table, referring to the character description and illustration, the features of multiple corresponding parts of the specimen are input during the retrieval, and the retrieval result can be obtained by one inquiry. Retrieve the SQL statement used, the union all statement combined multiple select query, multiple classification features of the parallel search. Through the establishment of heteroptematus (Coleopteransidae Branch) multiple seed search table for testing, retrieval effect is good. The multi-element retrieval method solves the problem that the traditional binary search encounters the missing feature and can not be retrieved later. The database-based graphical multivariate search table is intuitive and easy to use, which is very suitable for port quarantine and identification.
