进行虚拟数控车床加工技术的分析研究,不仅对于提升数控车床加工运行工作效率有着积极的作用,而且有利于数控车床机械加工技术的提升与进步。本文主要结合某虚拟数控车床加工技术的应用实例,从虚拟数控车床系统的主要系统结构以及功能、技术等方面,对于虚拟数控车床加工技术的实用性及其在实际中的应用情况进行分析论述。
The analysis and research of virtual CNC lathe processing technology not only has a positive effect on improving the working efficiency of NC lathe machining operation, but also is conducive to the improvement and progress of CNC lathe machining technology. In this paper, the practical application of virtual CNC lathe machining technology and its application in practice are analyzed from the application of some virtual CNC lathe machining technology from the aspects of the main system structure, function and technology of the virtual CNC lathe system.
