目的:探讨思密达联合妈咪爱治疗幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效。方法:选取106例轮状病毒肠炎的患儿为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组各53例。对照组患儿常规治疗,观察组思密达联合妈咪爱进行治疗,对其进行观察。结果:观察组总有效率92.5%(49/53),对照组75.5%(40/53),且前者患儿在脱水恢复、止泻以及住院等时间上要早于对照组患儿。结论:思密达联合妈咪爱治疗幼儿轮状病毒肠炎临床疗效较好,辅助于良好的护理,能有效促进患儿恢复,值得进一步推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of Smecta combined with Mommy Love in treating rotavirus enteritis in children. Methods: A total of 106 children with rotavirus enteritis were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 53 cases each. The control group of children with conventional treatment, the observation group combined with Mimi love Smectite, its observation. Results: The total effective rate was 92.5% (49/53) in the observation group and 75.5% (40/53) in the control group, and the former was earlier than the control group in dehydration recovery, antidiarrheal and hospitalization time. Conclusion: Smecta combined with mommy love is good in clinical treatment of rotavirus enteritis in children, assisting in good nursing, which can effectively promote the recovery of children and deserves further promotion.
