小儿膀胱结石病人相对较为少见,而发生膀胱内巨大结石更为罕见。我院近来收治1例,病情有一定的特殊性,经膀胱腔内钬激光联合气压弹道碎石治疗,临床效果非常满意,现予以报道,希望有助于同道诊治。1资料与方法1.1一般资料患儿彭××,贵州仁怀人,女,4.5岁。因“排尿困难1年多”而于2009年8月3日入院。检查见发育正常,营养一般,体重13kg。专科检查无特殊发现。血生化检查正常。超声
