Browsing the market, bargaining between buyers and sellers often happens. The reason is that there is a “hanging price” phenomenon behind it. This article attempts to make a superficial analysis of the “hanging price” phenomenon. First, the market phenomenon - “hanging price” commodity price higher than twice the transaction price or even several times the disparity, this phenomenon is called “hanging price.” Hanging prices have varying degrees of presence, both in the primary market (manufacturers wholesalers), in the secondary market (wholesalers wholesalers to retailers) and in tertiary markets (small and large retailers sell directly to consumers). And in the production, circulation, consumption links appear. Manufacturers buy back the raw materials from the “hanging price” market to produce products, and then sell the products in the “hanging price” market and then buy back the raw materials from the “hanging price” market ... so that the “hanging price” A vicious circle is formed in the process of reproduction.
