据文献报导,合霉素乳剂对沙眼治疗,效果良好,我院根据苏联药典第八版規定的乳剂制备法进行試制,並应用于临床,但在配制过程中以及应用上發现如下缺点: 1.按其操作步驟进行配制,乳剂形成困难,极易分层;同时加入的合霉素不易混勻,有颗粒呈現或片狀物悬浮。2.对眼刺激甚剧,究其原因,不外是合霉素顆粒狀物所致,另就是蓖蔴油酸度过强所引起。后經改进其操作步驟与乳化油,則克服了上述弊
According to reports in the literature, the treatment of trachoma with chrysenemycohol emulsion has good results. Our institute has been trial-produced according to the emulsion preparation method prescribed in the eighth edition of the Soviet Pharmacopoeia and applied in clinical practice. However, the following disadvantages have been found in the preparation process and application: 1 According to its operating procedures for preparation, emulsion formation is difficult, and it is easy to stratify; Simultaneously added coenomycin is not easy to mix, with particles present or sheet suspension. 2. The reason for the eye irritation is that the cause is nothing more than that caused by the granules of zeocin, which is caused by the excessively high ricinoleic acidity. After improving its operation steps and emulsified oil, it overcomes the above disadvantages.
