原子吸收分析中的干扰,主要有化学干扰和物理干扰,前者多采用预分离富集的方法来消除。W.Slavin提出等温平台石墨炉,在P.E.Zeeman5000型原子吸收上,能消除测定中的化学干扰。日立180-80原子吸收石墨炉没有L’vov平台设备,无法清除测定元素的化学干扰。作者设计一个压模制造出符合180-80原子吸收用的石墨平台,对消除测定痕量银时的化学干扰,收到与使用P·E·Zeeman5000型原子吸收同样的效果。测定中的物理干扰利用塞曼效应扣除,从而实现了日立180-80原子吸收直接测定矿石中痕量银的目的。
