黄济人:男,汉族,1947年生于北京,祖籍重庆,大专学历。“文革”期间曾上山下乡,当过知青、教师。1977年大专毕业后,专业从事文学创作,并出版多部报告文学、长篇小说。曾被选为第七届、第八届全国人大代表,第九届、第十届全国政协委员,国务院特殊津贴获得者。现为中国作家协会主席团成员、重庆市作家协会荣誉主席、国家一级作家。代表作:自1982年以来,先后出版四百万字的文学作品,1999年,出版了《黄济人文集》1-5卷,其中的主要作品有:《将军决战岂止在战场》
Huang Ji Ren: male, Han nationality, born in 1947 in Beijing, native of Chongqing, college degree. “Cultural Revolution ” during the hill went to the countryside, educated youth, teachers. After graduating from college in 1977, specializing in literary creation, and published a number of reportage, novels. He was elected as the Seventh, Eighth NPC, Ninth, Tenth CPPCC National Committee members, the State Council special allowance winner. He is now a member of the bureau of the Chinese Writers Association, an honorary chairman of the Chongqing Writers Association and a writer at the national level. Representative works: Since 1982, has published four million words of literary works, published in 1999, “Huang Ji Anthology” Volume 1-5, of which the main works are: “the general battle is more than the battlefield”
