笔者发现,当前一些部队纪检组织在查办案件过程中,不同程度存在着“大事化小、小事化了”的现象。由于案件调查中刻意避重就轻,导致本该查实的情况被隐瞒、本该处罚的对象被保护、本该公开的资料被修改。造成这种查办案件中“大事化小”现象的原因,概括起来就是查办案件的纪检干部没有经过“四关”的考验:没有过好“能力关”。
The author found that some current military discipline inspection organizations in the process of investigating and handling cases, to varying degrees, there is “big things small, small things ” phenomenon.
