教育新理念指出“数学教学活动必须建立在学生的认知发展水平和已有的知识经验基础之上。学生是数学学习的主人,教师是数学学习的组织者、引导者与合作者。”本文提出根据学生学习情况进行学生分组,并对不同组别的学生进行有针对性地教学的教学思想。并指出在教育新理念的指引下,教师要转变观念,不断提高教学能力,同时建立与新理念相适应的教育评价体系。
